A credit is the unit of consumption on Whalli Studio. Each action (message, image, video…) uses a number of credits depending on the model used and the complexity of the task.
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. The change takes effect immediately and the difference is calculated pro-rata.
Depending on your plan, you can buy extra credit packs. On the Free plan, you wait for the monthly renewal.
Unused credits at the end of the month roll over to the next month (up to 1 or 2 months depending on your plan). Your credits are never wasted.
